CTS SUPPLY RETURN POLICY
Please call our CTS Supply Customer Care Team at 1-800-929-3030 immediately if you discover any damage or defects with an item ordered online. We administer return credits within 48 hours after the product is received in our return center. CTS Supply does not reimburse the original shipping charge for products returned for reasons that are not the fault of CTS Supply. You may return new, unopened items sold by CTSSUPPLY.COM within 30 days of delivery for refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Important Shipping Notice
Shipping costs will not be paid by CTS Supply when returning an item due to general dissatisfaction or purchaser regret. If you wish to return for one of these reasons and received your package via UPS, please follow these steps:
1. Complete the return form located on the bottom of the original packing slip included in your order.
2. Detach the form and place it into the box you are returning.
3. Pack the item
4. Ship the package. You may use the included pre-paid label and have the shipping amount charged to your credit card OR ship the item(s) yourself using the "Return On Your Own" address located on the bottom of label.
